Recipe for quick mayonnaise that can be made in just a minute using a blender. The mayonnaise turns out moderately thick and tastes great. Optionally, you can add ground pepper, herbs, garlic, etc.
Eggs
1 pc.
Vinegar
1 tsp (or lemon juice)
Mustard
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Sunflower Oil
1 1/4 cups (refined)
Water
7/16 cup
To make quick mayonnaise, place the products listed above in the specified order in a blender glass: egg, vinegar, mustard, salt, sunflower oil, water.
If you prefer thick mayonnaise, you can omit the water or add only half.
Insert the immersion blender to the bottom, hold the glass firmly, turn on the blender and whip at maximum speed. Whip until almost all the oil turns into a thick white mass. Finally, move the blender up and down several times for better mixing.
Quick mayonnaise is ready! It can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
