This is a recipe for quick and tasty homemade baking. If you have some cottage cheese and kefir in the fridge, and you have guests coming over or kids asking for something delicious with tea, make these aromatic muffins. They are soft, with a light cottage cheese flavor and will be a great addition to tea or coffee.

Cottage Cheese
1 cup
Eggs
2 units
Kefir
1 cup
Raisins
1/2 cup
Butter
1/3 cup
Flour
2 1/2 cups
Baking Powder
2 tsp
Sugar
1 cup
Vanilla
To make cottage cheese muffins with kefir, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Add room temperature kefir, cottage cheese, rinsed raisins, and melted butter to the bowl. Gently mix with a whisk.
Then add flour with baking powder and mix until smooth.
Fill muffin cups with the batter, filling them halfway. You can also use separate silicone molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
