Quick and Delicious Jam Cookies
Cookies prepared according to this recipe just can't go wrong. This recipe is perfect for beginner cooks and beyond. The cookies turn out crumbly on the outside and soft in the middle with a jam filling. Quick recipe, minimal ingredients, resulting in 13-15 tasty and aromatic cookies!
Eggs
1 pc.
Sunflower oil
2/3 cup
Flour
2 cups
Baking soda
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract
pinch
Jam
apple or any other
Sugar
2/3 cup
To make quick and delicious jam cookies, beat eggs with sugar, add oil, flour sifted and mixed with baking soda and vanilla. Knead the dough.
You can also add grated lemon zest instead of vanilla.
Form balls from the dough with a walnut inside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the balls on it.
Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes (baking time may vary depending on your oven). Cool the baked cookies and fill with jam (I used apple, but any jam will work).
