Recipe for quick pastries. These pastries are lean and very economical. The filling can be anything - cabbage, mushrooms, rice with mushrooms and herbs... Quick, hearty, and delicious!
For the dough:
Water
2 cups
Yeast
1/4 cup
Sunflower oil
2 tbsp
Sugar
2 tbsp
Salt
2 tsp
Flour
3-4 cups
For the filling:
White cabbage
1.1-1.3 lb
Onion
1 pc
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
ground, to taste
Let's prepare the dough for quick fried pastries. Dissolve the yeast in water, add sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and sifted flour. Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
The dough should not be too liquid, but not too stiff.
Now let's prepare the filling. Slightly fry finely chopped onions, then add shredded cabbage and stew until cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste during the process.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, it should have risen well.
Knead the dough a little more and make the pastries in the usual way.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pastries on both sides until golden brown.
Quick Fried Pastries are ready! Serve them immediately!
