White Cabbage
5 cups
Mayonnaise
180 g (1 tube)
Eggs
4 eggs
Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tsp
Baking Soda
0.5 tsp
Flour
5 tbsp
Breadcrumbs
for sprinkling
Sunflower Oil
for greasing the dish
To prepare the cabbage pie, shred the cabbage, knead it slightly, no need to salt it.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the cabbage here.
Mix mayonnaise, eggs, sugar, salt, baking soda, and flour. It will form a liquid batter (similar to pancake batter).
Pour the batter over the cabbage. Poke a few holes with a fork to let the batter seep through.
Place in the oven and bake the pie for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the pie is done, remove it from the oven and carefully remove the parchment paper. This Cabbage Pie tastes delicious hot or cold.
