I really love beef cooked according to this recipe. The meat turns out tender, flavorful, already with a side dish and it is already divided into portions. You can serve it directly in pots, or you can arrange it on a plate. Both ways are very delicious!

To prepare beef stew in pots, cut the meat into small pieces and fry it in vegetable oil until browned. Place the meat on a hot skillet in small portions so that it lies freely. Transfer it to a separate plate.
Deglaze the skillet in which the meat was fried - that is, pour liquid into it (water or broth) and let it boil, making sure everything left in the skillet mixes with water. Season with salt and add pepper.
Now take pots, first layer the sliced ​​potatoes (one-third of the height).
Then layer the meat almost to the top.
The next layer is diced carrots.
Then add finely chopped onions, pour the liquid from the skillet (it should cover about half of the contents in the pot), and place a piece of butter on top. Cover the pot with a lid and place it in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the meat and potatoes are tender, the dish is ready. Serve beef stew in pots hot with fresh vegetables.
