White cabbage

To prepare cabbage patties, start by cutting the cabbage into fairly large pieces. Place the cabbage in a saucepan, cover with water (add salt to the water) and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Transfer the cooked cabbage to a colander and let it drain completely and cool. Then squeeze out the excess liquid from the cabbage and blend until smooth.
Add the egg, salt to taste, semolina, dill, and mix well. The mixture should be thick.
To thicken the mixture, you can add some breadcrumbs.
Using a spoon, place the prepared minced mixture onto a heated skillet with oil and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the cabbage patties warm with sour cream or creamy sauce.
