White Pepper

Vegetable Oil
for frying
To prepare rice cheese balls, start by cooking rice in 1.5 cups of water and let it cool. Then add 2 eggs, 30 g of grated cheese, salt, pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
Cut the remaining cheese into 8 cubes, visually divide the rice into 8 parts. Take a portion of rice, spread it on your palm, place a piece of cheese in the center, and form a ball. The ball should be the size of a large chicken egg.
Then dip each ball in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the balls in vegetable oil, you will need a fairly large amount of oil, it should cover the ball up to about halfway.
Place the cooked rice cheese balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with warm tomato sauce.
