Recipe for homemade tasty and juicy meatballs. These meatballs are very easy to prepare, they can be considered dietetic as we won't be frying them; it's healthy and you don't need to stand by the stove. They turn out incredibly delicious!

Ground Meat
3 cups (beef-pork)
Rice
4-5 tbsp (cooked)
Carrot
1 pc (large)
Onion
1 pc (large)
Eggs
1-2 pcs (depending on size)
Garlic
1-2 cloves
Salt
to taste
Sugar
to taste
Black Pepper
ground, to taste
Dill
0.5 bunch (or parsley)
Tomato Juice
1.5-2 cups
Flour
To prepare juicy meatballs in the oven, add finely chopped onion, carrot, herbs, and garlic to the ground meat. Also add egg, salt, pepper, rice, and mix everything well.
Then form the meatballs and roll them in flour. Place the meatballs in a single layer in a wide skillet.
Season tomato juice with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Pour this sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are submerged. If there is not enough liquid, you can add some water. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Instead of tomato juice, you can use tomato paste or tomato sauce, but not ketchup.
The sauce should simmer and thicken, which will take about 40-60 minutes depending on the oven. Serve juicy meatballs in the oven warm. Enjoy your meal!
