A simple but very delicious recipe. White chicken meat usually turns out dry when fried. The fillet prepared according to this recipe has a light sweet and sour taste, and thanks to the triple breading, it becomes juicy and crispy.
Chicken meat
500 g (fillet)
Eggs
2 pcs
Mustard
1 tsp
Honey
1 tsp
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Sesame seeds
Mayonnaise
3 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Curry
Cilantro
Basil
Tarragon
To prepare the chicken fillet with sesame breadcrumbs, cut the breast into pieces convenient for frying, slightly beat it, add mayonnaise, black ground pepper, seasonings, and marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
In a separate container, beat the eggs and add honey, mustard, salt, and beat a little.
In another container, mix breadcrumbs with sesame seeds in a 1:1 ratio.
You can prepare breadcrumbs yourself. To do this, you need to dry the bread slices in the oven and grind them in a blender (or meat grinder).
Dip each piece of fillet first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and then in the breadcrumb mixture with sesame seeds. Fry in a large amount of oil until a golden crust forms. Place the cooked fillet on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve the chicken fillet on a plate lined with lettuce leaves.
