This cheese soup is undoubtedly a favorite in our family, it is very delicious and quite hearty. My daughter loves it, I often cook soup according to this recipe.

To prepare cheese soup with rice, pour 12 cups of water over chicken fillet, add salt, pepper, and cook until ready (25-30 minutes after boiling). Remove the cooked meat from the broth.
Add rice to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add diced potatoes.
Finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Cook everything for 5-7 minutes.
Add the diced meat and cook the soup until the potatoes are ready.
Add cheese, mix well.
Serve cheese soup with rice hot, sprinkled with herbs.
