This chocolate dessert recipe is very simple and won't give you any trouble to make. It's very beautiful and very delicious! Berries, whipped cream, and chocolate crepes - in my opinion, it's a sure bet.
For the chocolate crepes:
Flour
1 1/3 cups
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Vanilla Sugar
2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Milk
1 1/2 cups
Vegetable Oil
4 1/2 tbsp
For the cream:
Heavy Cream
3/4 cup (33% fat)
Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup
Chocolate
3 oz
Berries
to taste
To make the chocolate crepe cake, first we need to bake the crepes. Mix all dry ingredients, then add milk, whisk everything until smooth. Finally, add the butter and mix again.
Lightly grease a skillet with oil (I used a brush), heat it well and bake small crepes, frying them on both sides. My crepes were about 14 cm in diameter, not too thin. You should get 11-12 pieces. Place them on a plate and let them cool.
Beat cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Now, we assemble the layers of our cake. Spread 3 teaspoons of cream on each crepe.
Stack the cake, top it with some more cream and berries.
Drizzle the cake with melted chocolate (dark or milk). The Chocolate Crepe Cake is ready!
