Cabbage Pancakes with Oatmeal
Recipe
of this dish is quite simple, cabbage pancakes are cooked quickly and turn out very tasty, these pancakes pair well with sour cream.
Green cabbage
17.6 oz
Oatmeal
4 tbsp
Eggs
2 pcs
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
ground, to taste
Sunflower oil
for frying
Preparing
cabbage pancakes with oatmeal
is not difficult. Boil the cabbage in salted water until soft (10 min). Then cool it down and finely chop it.
Put the chopped cabbage in a bowl, add eggs, oatmeal, salt, and pepper to taste.
Optionally, you can grind the oatmeal in a blender.
Carefully spoon the mixture onto a heated pan with oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve
cabbage pancakes with oatmeal
warm with sour cream.
