Recipe for these pancakes is simple and quick. Instead of milk or kefir, orange juice is used as a base. The pancakes turn out bright yellow and very aromatic. These pancakes are best served with a scoop of ice cream on top.
Orange Juice
3/4 cup (freshly squeezed)
Eggs
4
Flour
8-9 tbsp
Margarine
2 tbsp (melted)
Sugar
4 tbsp
Butter
for frying
To prepare orange pancakes, beat eggs with sugar. Add margarine, a pinch of salt, and pour in orange juice. Mix thoroughly.
Then add sifted flour and mix well to avoid lumps.
Fry thin pancakes on both sides in melted butter.
Fragrant orange pancakes are ready! Fold each pancake into a triangle, arrange beautifully on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve!
