Sugar
1-2 tbsp
Baking soda

To prepare buttermilk pancakes, heat the buttermilk until warm and then add the flour. Mix well, then add salt, sugar, baking soda, and oil, and mix everything thoroughly. Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour.
Fry the pancakes on a well-heated skillet, lightly greasing it with oil. Cover the skillet with a lid.
Serve the prepared buttermilk pancakes immediately!
