To prepare Snail Pancakes, beat the eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil and mix. Gradually sift flour, add milk, egg mixture, and salt. Knead the dough and leave it for about thirty minutes.
If necessary, clean and remove bones from smoked fish. Finely chop (or mash with a fork). Wash and finely chop parsley and dill. Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and finely chop. Mix fish, herbs, and eggs.
Optionally, you can add a little mayonnaise or sour cream to the filling.
Bake thin pancakes and let them cool.
Spread the filling (about 1 tbsp.) on the edge of each pancake and roll it into a tube. Roll each tube into a circle and tie with a 'thread' made of 'Kosichka' smoked cheese. Snail Pancakes are ready!
