A recipe for a very tasty soup that is quite easy to make. This soup, I think, is perfect for cold winter days. It is rich, with a slight spiciness, hearty, and warming. Very delicious!
Olive Oil

To prepare the Spanish garlic soup, take a skillet with a thick bottom and heat oil in it. Fry whole peeled garlic cloves. Then remove the garlic to a separate plate (we will need it). Add bread pieces and fry them until golden brown.
Transfer the fried bread to a separate plate, fry paprika in the same oil (literally for a few seconds), then pour in the broth. Next, add finely chopped (or crushed) fried garlic, crushed cumin, salt, pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the soup into heatproof bowls or plates, break 1 egg into each, and top with fried bread. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the eggs thicken.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley. Serve the Spanish Garlic Soup immediately.
