I don't know about you, but I really love zucchini in any form. This recipe is simple, light, low-calorie, perfect for spring on the eve of summer... (the ladies will understand) It can be a standalone dish or a side dish to meat, for example.
Zucchinis
2 pieces
Garlic
4 cloves
Olive oil
3 tbsp
Lemon
1/2 piece (juice)
Cheese
1/2 cup (parmesan or any other hard cheese)
Salt
to taste
To prepare baked zucchini with lemon and garlic, wash the zucchinis and cut them in half lengthwise.
Make cuts on each half, drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Insert thinly sliced garlic cloves into the cuts. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
I made it without cheese (for fasting days) - still delicious.
Baked zucchini with lemon and garlic is ready to be served. The garlic becomes crispy, and the zucchinis are soft, fragrant - very delicious and simple!
