Fragrant crepes - a recipe from the French cuisine. These crepes simply melt in your mouth, and the aromas are just heavenly! The crepes are cooked in a large amount of butter, which is melted until brown with a nutty aroma. Very delicious!

To prepare French crepes, cut the butter into cubes, place it in a skillet with a thick bottom and melt it over high heat.
Keep melting the butter over heat until it turns brown with a characteristic nutty smell.
Put eggs and egg yolks, sugar, milk, salt, and flour into a blender. Mix for 10 seconds. Then slowly pour in the browned butter, grated lemon zest, and mix for another 10 seconds.
The batter should have a medium thickness. If it is too thick, you can thin it out with milk.
Bake the crepes in a well-heated skillet, no need to grease it with butter.
Serve French crepes warm with honey, jam, or sour cream.
