Pea and Walnut Pate

We are used to thinking that pate must be made from liver (chicken, beef, etc.). However, there are many recipes that include only vegetables. Here is one of them. It is easy and quick to prepare, delicious, and healthy.
Green Peas
1 can (canned)
Walnuts
5 pcs. (kernels)
Eggs
2 pcs. (boiled)
Onion
1 pc.
Carrot
1 pc.
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
ground, to taste
Sunflower Oil
for frying
To prepare pea and walnut pate, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot finely, and sauté everything in vegetable oil.
Pass peas, walnuts, eggs, and sautéed onions with carrots through a meat grinder (or use a blender), add salt, pepper, mix well. Pea and walnut pate is ready!
