Sometimes there is very little time left to prepare dinner, then such recipes come to the rescue. This pie is ready in just 15-20 minutes, you can serve it with sour cream sauce or any other sauce of your choice. Quick, delicious, and satisfying - just what you need!
Flour
2.5-3 cups
Kefir
2.11 cups
Eggs
5 pcs (2 in the dough and 3 boiled, for the filling)
Green Onions
3.5 oz
Cheese
1 cup (hard)
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
to taste
To prepare the kefir pie with cheese, herbs, and eggs, first add eggs (2 pcs) to the kefir and mix. Then add flour with salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix everything well.
For the filling, finely chop the green onions and eggs, and grate the cheese. Combine everything and mix well.
Line the baking form with parchment paper, grease it with a little oil, and spread half of the dough. Then spread the filling on top.
Pour the remaining dough over the filling and place it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once ready, take out the kefir pie with cheese, herbs, and eggs from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Then slice it and serve.
