Dor Blue Cheese Sauce
Cheese and creamy sauce with a spicy flavor. If you enjoy cheeses with noble mold, you will like this sauce. It goes well with grilled meat, vegetable salads as a dressing, or simply serve it on slightly toasted black bread. The recipe is quite economical, as you can get 4-5 servings of sauce with a favorite taste from a small piece of cheese.
Cheese
1.75 oz (Dor Blue)
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Sour Cream
2 tbsp
Garlic
1 clove
Dill
1 cup (fresh)
The recipe for Dor Blue cheese sauce is very simple. Finely chop the herbs. Crush the garlic with a fine grater (or use a press).
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Serve the Dor Blue Cheese Sauce with meat or vegetables.
