Recipe for a quick and delicious skillet pizza. This dish is perfect for preparing a hearty breakfast. The pizza is made very quickly, turns out juicy, and is eaten instantly. The filling can be anything to your liking. The dish is designed for a skillet with a diameter of 11 inches, if the skillet is smaller, the amount of dough should be reduced.
For the dough:
Sour Cream
4 tbsp
Mayonnaise
4 tbsp
Eggs
2 pcs
Flour
9 tbsp (heaping)
For the filling:
Tomato Ketchup
3-4 tbsp
Onion
1/2 pc
Mushrooms
7 oz (button mushrooms or shiitake)
Sausage
3.5 oz (smoked)
Tomatoes
1 pc
Mayonnaise
to taste (optional)
Cheese
5-6 oz (hard)
To prepare the pizza, combine all the ingredients for the dough, mix a little, it will turn into a liquid dough.
Pour the dough into a greased skillet. Spread ketchup on top and smear it slightly over the dough. Then add sliced ​​onions in half rings.
I used "Satsabeli" sauce.
Next, add sliced and lightly fried mushrooms, then finely chopped sausage.
Then add tomatoes and mayonnaise (I made it without mayonnaise)
Slightly season the tomatoes with pepper and salt.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and cover with a lid. Cook the pizza over low heat, when the cheese melts, it will be ready.
The bottom of the pizza should firm up and turn golden brown.
