Quick and easy recipe for cabbage charlotte. You can add sausage, mushrooms, or chicken meat to the cabbage, but the main ingredient is, of course, the cabbage itself.
Eggs
3 pcs.
Flour
1 cup (4.2 oz)
Baking Powder
1.5 tsp
White Cabbage
1.1 lb (or Napa cabbage)
Black Pepper
to taste
Sugar
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
To prepare the cabbage charlotte, first cut the cabbage into cubes (for easy blending), and then chop it.
Whisk eggs with sugar, black pepper, and salt. Then add flour with baking powder. The batter should be thick but runny.
Pour the cabbage into the batter and mix. Pour the mixture into a greased and breaded (or lined with parchment paper) pan. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ten minutes before the cabbage charlotte is ready, if desired, you can sprinkle cheese on top and bake until golden brown. Cool the finished charlotte, cut into individual pieces, and serve.
