Original appetizer recipe, easy to make. It turns out to be a roll sandwich that is perfect for a picnic. Stuffed baguette is prepared in advance, has an appetizing appearance, and excellent taste.
Bread
1 pc. (baguette)
Sausages
14.1 oz (cooked)
Pickles
7.1 oz (pickled)
Butter
2/3 cup (softened)
Mustard
1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
ground, to taste
To prepare the stuffed baguette, cut it lengthwise and remove the crumb.
Crush the crumb into small pieces and dry in the oven.
Cut the pickles into small cubes.
Also chop the sausages into cubes.
Mix the pickles and sausages with lemon juice, mustard, softened butter. Add the prepared crumb to this mixture, mix again, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the baguette with the mixture. Not too tight, so that it can be easily closed.
Then wrap the baguette in plastic wrap and refrigerate for three hours or overnight. Before serving, slice the stuffed baguette and enjoy!
