Lavash Bread
3 sheets
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Sour Cream
1/2 cup
Eggs
3 pieces (hard-boiled)
Cheese
1 1/2 - 2 cups (hard)
Canned Fish
1 can (sardines or sardines in oil)
Dill
Green Onions
To prepare the Mimosa roll with lavash, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread out the lavash breads and coat each with the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture (don't overdo it!). Evenly place grated boiled eggs on the first lavash, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Then carefully roll the lavash into a roll.
For the sauce, you can use only mayonnaise, adjust to your taste.
Mash the canned fish with a fork and spread it on the second lavash, then sprinkle with herbs. Place the previous roll (with eggs) on the edge of the second lavash and roll it up.
Evenly distribute grated hard cheese on the third lavash and sprinkle with herbs again, place the previous roll (with eggs and canned fish) on the edge of the third lavash and roll up again.
Now wrap the resulting roll in foil (be careful, it's very delicate!) and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight, it should soak well.
Serve the Mimosa roll with lavash as an appetizer, sliced into bite-sized pieces.
It's best to slice the roll with a bread knife.
