Zucchinis
2 cups grated and drained
Bread
1 1/4 cups (preferably white)
Milk
1/2 cup
Eggs

Yellow Onion

Garlic
1-2 cloves

Breadcrumbs
To prepare Zucchini Vegetable Patties, grate three zucchinis and squeeze out the juice.
Soak bread in milk, squeeze it, and blend.
Grate carrots and garlic finely.
Finely chop the onion and combine all the prepared ingredients, add eggs, finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
If the mixture is too liquid, add a little flour.
Shape the patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry them in sunflower oil. Serve the Zucchini Vegetable Patties warm with a green salad.
