Incredibly delicious and crunchy cucumbers. Cucumbers made according to this recipe have a classic balanced taste, very similar to the taste of the famous Soviet-era Bulgarian cucumbers "Globus". Very, very tasty!

For the marinade:
Water
4 cups

1/2 cup ( 90 - 100 g)

Vinegar
200 ml (9%)
To prepare pickled crunchy cucumbers, layer the bottom of a clean jar (1 liter) with: dill, garlic clove, a couple of cherry and black currant leaves, bay leaf, 2-3 peas of allspice, 6 peas of mustard, and then tightly pack the cucumbers.
Prepare the marinade. Place a saucepan with water on the stove, add salt, sugar, when it boils, add vinegar. Pour the cucumbers with the hot marinade. Sterilize the jars for 15 minutes and seal them. Turn the jars over and wrap them. Pickled crunchy cucumbers are ready!
