Carrots prepared according to this recipe turn out very delicious. Wrapped in a lettuce leaf or lavash, we get a wonderful and light appetizer.
Carrots
3 cups
Garlic
2-3 cloves
Onion
2 (medium-sized)
Sunflower oil
1/4 cup
Vinegar
2 tbsp (9%)
Coriander
1/2-1 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 tsp (ground)
Red pepper
1/4 tsp (ground)
Sugar
1/2 tsp

1 tsp
To prepare Korean carrots, cut the carrots into thin strips using a special grater for Korean carrots. Grate the garlic finely or use a garlic press. Sprinkle the carrots with coriander, black and red pepper, salt, sugar, and add garlic.
You can also use a ready-made mix of spices for Korean carrots. You can also add ground walnuts, to taste.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, add the onion and sauté until the onion turns brown and crispy.
Remove the onion from the skillet using a slotted spoon, leaving the oil. Discard the onion, then pour the hot oil over the carrots with spices and garlic, mix well. Add vinegar and mix again. Then place the Korean carrots in the refrigerator and chill well.
