Lavash
1-2 sheets
Processed cheese
2 pieces
Garlic
2 cloves
Eggs
2 pieces
Dill
Butter
for frying
To prepare garlic and cheese lavash wraps, start by finely chopping the garlic and dill.
Cut the processed cheese into small pieces.
It's easier to cut the cheese when the knife is wet with water.
Cut the lavash into squares (about 4x4 inches).
In a separate plate, whisk the eggs. Place a piece of processed cheese on each lavash square, top with garlic and dill, then roll up the lavash into a wrap.
Dip the wraps into the beaten egg and place them on a skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
