Aromatic and hearty soup. The soup is very filling, with a pleasant slightly sour taste. In the recipe, instead of tomatoes in their own juice, you can use tomato paste.
Potatoes
5 cups
Sausage
1 and 1/4 cups (hunter's sausages)
Beans
1 and 3/4 cups (canned)
Tomatoes
1 and 3/4 cups (in their own juice)
Onion
1 cup
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
ground, to taste
Thyme
(fresh or dried)
Dill
(or other herbs as desired)
Making tomato soup with hunter's sausages and beans is easy and fast. Pour 3.5 quarts of water into a pot, bring to a boil, and add diced potatoes.
After 2-3 minutes, add the sausages sliced into rounds.
Then add the beans.
Now add tomatoes (peeled), blended or tomato paste.
Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, and cook until the potatoes are done.
