Another recipe for making cheese soup. In this version with sausage, I added small pasta. I think both adults and children will enjoy this soup. This soup can be cooked in water as well, and it will still be delicious.
Meat Broth
8 cups (chicken)
Potatoes
3-4 units
Sausage
5-7 oz (smoked)
Onion
1 unit
Carrot
1 unit
Processed Cheese
3 packs (3.5 oz each)
Black Pepper
to taste
Salt
to taste
Parsley
Dill
To make cheese soup with sausage, cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the boiling broth.
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the sauté for the cheese soup with sausage. Cut the sausage into cubes and sauté it slightly (in a dry pan) until it releases its juices. Then add finely chopped onion and grated carrot (using a medium grater) to the sausage and sauté everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Add cubed cheese to the pot with broth and potatoes, stir and let it dissolve.
When the potatoes are almost done, add the pasta and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
Then add the sauté and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes, then taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Finally, add herbs and turn off the heat. Cheese soup with sausage is ready and should stand for 10-15 minutes.
