Cottage Cheese Appetizer
Light and fresh cottage cheese appetizer is suitable for a picnic and will be appropriate on a festive table. This appetizer is made quickly and easily, looks very bright on the table. For those who do not like mayonnaise specified in the recipe, it can be replaced with sour cream. The taste of the appetizer will be even fresher and lighter.
Cottage Cheese
1 cup
Olives
10 pieces (pitted)
Garlic
1-2 cloves
Mayonnaise
3-4 tsp.
Salt
to taste
Tomatoes
3-4 pieces (small)
Parsley
Dill
To prepare the cottage cheese appetizer, add mayonnaise to the cottage cheese and mix it well with a fork.
A blender can be used, the mixture will be more homogeneous.
Add chopped olives and garlic, herbs, salt to taste, and mix well.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread the cottage cheese mixture on them. Garnish with cucumber slices and herbs. Cottage Cheese Appetizer is ready!
