I often use this recipe for chicken liver pate, I love it for its simplicity in preparation and of course, its taste. Having this pate in the fridge eliminates the question of what to snack on. The recipe includes simple familiar ingredients to all of us, making the pate a favorite for everyone.
Chicken Liver
14 oz
Onions
2 (large)
Carrots
2 (large)
Eggs
5 (boiled)
Olive Oil
2 tbsp
Butter
3.5 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp (freshly ground)
Paprika
1 tbsp
To prepare chicken liver pate, heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add coarsely chopped onions and carrots. Sauté everything for 2-3 minutes.
Clean the liver from membranes and place it in the skillet. Add salt, pepper, paprika, cover with a lid, and simmer until cooked (15-20 min.)
Blend the cooked vegetables, liver, and boiled eggs. Add a piece of softened butter and mix well.
Chicken Liver Pate is ready! Very quick and very tasty!
