A recipe for a very tasty and original appetizer both in appearance and in taste. This cottage cheese and cheese appetizer is perfect for a festive buffet, with a very interesting taste: cottage cheese with herbs provides freshness, grapes add sweetness, soy sauce adds saltiness, and processed cheese also contributes to the flavor and makes the texture more uniform. Everything is quite balanced, and at the end a crispy light cracker... I really liked this appetizer, especially since it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare.
Crackers
18 pieces (salted)
Processed Cheese
1 1/2 cups
Cottage Cheese
1 1/2 cups
Grapes
9 pieces (white)
Soy Sauce
2 tsp (classic)
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
ground, to taste
Parsley
Dill
To prepare the cottage cheese balls appetizer, mash the cottage cheese and processed cheese well with a fork, add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Also add chopped parsley and dill and mix everything thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.
Form balls from the resulting mass and place them on crackers.
Cut the grapes in half and place the halves on top of the balls.
Choose grapes that are not too large, and if they have seeds, it's preferable to remove them.
