3 eggs (boiled)
Tomatoes
3 tomatoes
Yellow Onion
1/2 bulb
Garlic
1 clove
Olive Oil

Butter

Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Celery
1/2 stalk (with leaves)
Salt
to taste

ground, to taste

To prepare eggs in tomatoes Portuguese style, cut off the top of the tomato and carefully scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper inside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter and sauté finely chopped onion, garlic, and celery until soft. Then add the chopped tomato pulp and simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and set aside to cool.
Once the sauce has cooled, add mayonnaise, mix well, and make the consistency smoother using a blender. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take the prepared tomatoes and spoon some sauce into each, then place peeled boiled eggs on top.
