To prepare apple pancakes, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside and mix the yolks with sugar, add flour, sour cream, mix well - this will give you a liquid batter.
Beat the egg whites. Grate the apples using a large grater. Add the egg whites and apples to the batter, mix well.
Fry the pancakes on a well-heated skillet, greasing it with sunflower oil each time (using a fork and half an onion, for example).
