Here's a simple recipe for cooking freshwater fish. I have a big bream that acquired a completely new taste thanks to cream and vegetables, tender and milky. I cut the fish into pieces, which significantly reduces the cooking process.
To prepare bream with vegetables in a creamy sauce, first of all, you need to clean the fish. Remove the head, fins, and tail. Thoroughly wash the fish carcass and cut it into large pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings, I chopped the carrots into medium-sized pieces.
Place the onion and carrots in a heatproof dish (no need to grease with oil). Lightly salt and pepper the vegetables, add bay leaves.
Place the pieces of fish on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
You can add store-bought seasoning to the fish.
Pour cream over the top and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Remove the finished dish from the oven. Baked Bream with Vegetables in Creamy Sauce turns out very aromatic.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions on top and serve immediately!
In the finished dish, the carrots will be crunchy (I really like this), if you don't like it, you can grate it.
