Recipe for tender and fragrant fritters. These fritters can also be made from zucchinis or young pattypan squashes. Zucchini fritters pair perfectly with garlic sauce or sour cream. They are delicious both hot and cold.
Zucchini
28 oz
Eggs
2 pcs
Flour
6-8 tbsp (heaping)
Salt
Black Pepper
ground
Sunflower Oil
for frying
To make zucchini fritters, grate zucchinis using a large grater. If the zucchinis are large, peel and remove the seeds. If they are very juicy, drain the liquid. Add eggs, mix. Then add flour, salt, pepper, and mix well. The mixture should be not too thick and not too runny. If needed, add more flour. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown. Serve zucchini fritters warm with sour cream.
