Tomatoes canned according to this recipe have a neutral taste, almost like fresh! In winter, a jar of these tomatoes will be a real find. Fresh and neutral in taste, they will go well with any dish. And if you grind these tomatoes, the resulting tomato sauce can be added to vegetable stew, borscht, used as a base for various sauces, etc.

To prepare canned natural tomatoes, wash the tomatoes and pierce them with a wooden stick at the stem removal point (to prevent them from cracking). Place them in jars.
Optionally, you can add a standard set of spices (garlic, dill, allspice, etc.) to these tomatoes, accordingly, their taste will be slightly spicy.
Add salt to water and bring to a boil. Pour the boiling brine over the tomatoes. Cover the jars with pre-sterilized lids and sterilize. For one-liter jars - 10 minutes, three-liter jars - 15-20 minutes. Seal. These natural tomatoes store well at room temperature.
