Recipe for crispy, aromatic, and delicious appetizer. This interesting and unusual snack will be a great addition to beer, for example. Also, onion rings can be served with pureed soups, eaten on their own, or with a sauce.

To prepare onion rings in the oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel the onion and slice it into rings 0.5-1 inch wide. In a bowl, mix 1.4 oz of flour, 1 tsp of salt, black and red pepper. Place the onion rings in the flour mixture and gently mix.
In another bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, 2.8 oz of flour, and beat until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with oil, and place in the oven for 8 minutes. Take an onion ring, dip it in the batter.
Then coat the ring with breadcrumbs.
You can add spices to the breadcrumbs according to your taste. Instead of breadcrumbs, you can use chips or cornflakes.
Place onion rings on the preheated baking sheet, bake for 8-10 minutes on one side, then the same on the other side.
