If you don't like the salty touch, add some sweetness to the sandwiches. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar or add 1 tablespoon of honey to the peanut butter. You can even add both!
To make peanut butter and banana sandwiches, spread peanut butter on two slices of bread.
Peel and mash the banana with a fork, or you can use a blender.
Spread the banana puree on two other slices of bread.
Combine the slices in pairs.
Cook each sandwich on both sides in butter.
